Majorities are voting for hate out of fear and misinformation. Fear that crime will overtake our lives if police aren't allowed to abuse their power, fear that immigrants will wreck our lives (due to misinformation). Fear that the govt will raise taxes without supplying needed services. If you can't set people straight on things like this then they will continue to vote for "bad" candidates regardless of party.
